Provider subscriptions
- Open your Provider Dashboard.
- Go to Subscription.
- Start a plan change or renewal checkout when prompted.
- Enter or update card details on the secure DimePay payment page.
Customer service payments
Each Accept & Pay checkout uses DimePay. Use a valid card or supported payment method at the time of purchase. If a payment fails, return to the quote or bid and try again, or contact support from the Help Center.
Connect To Pros does not store full card numbers in your dashboard. Sensitive payment data is handled by DimePay.
