How ratings work
- After a job or booking is completed, customers can leave a 1–5 star rating and written feedback.
- Ratings appear on provider profiles, search results, and Customer Reviews.
- Some providers also carry admin-assigned badges (for example Verified or Top Rated).
How to use ratings well
- Read recent reviews, not only the average score.
- Look for comments about communication, quality, and timeliness.
- Combine ratings with profile details, photos, and quote responses before hiring.
Only customers with a completed job or booking can leave a review for that engagement.
