1. Introduction

This Service Provider Payment Policy explains how payments are processed, released and managed for service providers using the ConnectToPros.com platform. The purpose of this policy is to ensure clarity, transparency and fairness for service providers receiving payments for services delivered to service seekers. Connect To Pros LLC facilitates secure online payments through a third party payment processor. Connect To Pros LLC does not directly receive, store, or distribute funds on behalf of service providers. All financial transactions are processed according to this policy, the ConnectToPros.com Escrow Services Policy and the payment processor’s terms.

2. Role of Connect To Pros LLC

Connect To Pros LLC provides an online platform where service providers can offer services and receive payment through an integrated and secure payment system. Connect To Pros LLC is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter. All funds are held, processed, and released exclusively by the approved third party payment processor. Connect To Pros LLC provides payment facilitation, status updates, dispute resolution support and general oversight to improve trust and transparency across the platform.

3. Third Party Payment Processor

All payments are handled by a licensed third party payment processor that complies with financial regulations, anti money laundering requirements and identity verification standards. The payment processor is responsible for:
  • Identity verification and onboarding of service providers
  • Secure processing of payments and payouts
  • Holding funds in escrow until release
  • Safeguarding financial information
  • Complying with financial regulatory requirements
  • Providing fraud protection where applicable
Service providers must comply with all requirements of the payment processor, including identity verification, account activation and banking information submission. Failure to comply may delay or prevent payments.

4. Eligibility to Receive Payments

To receive payouts through ConnectToPros.com, service providers must:
  1. Be registered on the platform as a verified provider
  2. Complete identity verification and financial onboarding required by the payment processor
  3. Provide accurate bank account or withdrawal information
  4. Maintain compliance with Connect To Pros LLC platform rules and service delivery standards
Service providers who fail to meet these requirements may experience payment delays or forfeiture of payment rights until issues are resolved.

5. Payment Flow and Release Process

Payments to service providers follow this workflow:
  1. Service seeker submits payment into escrow using the platform’s secure payment system.
  2. Funds remain in escrow until the service seeker confirms the service is completed, unless released by the dispute resolution process or automatic release rules.
  3. Upon release of escrow funds, the third party payment processor transfers the payment to the service provider’s designated payout account.
  4. Service provider receives payout after standard processing times determined by the payment processor.
Connect To Pros LLC does not determine the exact payout timing. Processing times may vary based on bank schedules, weekends, holidays, and verification requirements.

6. Fees and Deductions

The following fees may apply to payments made to service providers:
  1. Connect To Pros LLC service fees which are deducted before the payout is made. These fees may vary based on service categories, promotions, transaction amounts, or platform policies.
  2. Payment processor fees which may include payment acceptance fees, escrow holding fees, payout fees, or identity verification fees.
  3. Additional fees for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or failed transactions where applicable.
All fees will be disclosed before a transaction is completed whenever feasible. Fees charged by the payment processor may change at any time based on their policies. Fees are non refundable except where required by law.

7. Payout Timing

Payouts are processed only after escrow release. Typical payout timelines follow the payment processor’s schedule, which may include:
  • Standard bank transfers
  • Instant transfers if available
  • Batch payouts
  • Delays caused by bank reviews or verification processes
Connect To Pros LLC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or the payment processor.

8. Payment Holds

Payments may be temporarily placed on hold in any of the following situations:
  • Pending identity verification
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Dispute filed by a service seeker
  • Violation of platform rules
  • Incomplete service delivery
  • Chargeback investigations
  • High risk or unusual transactions
Holds are implemented to protect service seekers, service providers, and the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution and Payment Impact

If a dispute is filed concerning service delivery, payment release may be paused until Connect To Pros LLC completes the dispute review process. During this time:
  • Funds will remain in escrow
  • Service providers may be asked to provide evidence of work completed
  • Service seekers may be asked to provide evidence of incomplete or unsatisfactory work
The final decision regarding the release or refund of funds will be made by Connect To Pros LLC in accordance with the Escrow Services Policy. All decisions are final.

10. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed by a service seeker’s bank or card issuer:
  • Funds may be withdrawn from escrow or from the service provider’s earnings
  • The payment processor may impose chargeback fees
  • Connect To Pros LLC may require documentation from the service provider
  • The service provider may become temporarily or permanently ineligible for payouts
Chargebacks are governed by the policies of the user’s financial institution and the payment processor.

11. Incorrect Payments

Service providers are responsible for ensuring that their payout account information is correct. Connect To Pros LLC is not liable for:
  • Payments sent to incorrect bank accounts
  • Delays caused by incorrect provider information
  • Losses due to bank errors or inaccurate user data
If funds are returned by the bank, payment will be retried once corrections are made.

12. Taxes and Reporting

Service providers are solely responsible for:
  • Reporting income earned through ConnectToPros.com
  • Complying with local and international tax laws
  • Paying any applicable taxes, levies, or government charges
Connect To Pros LLC may provide tax documents or summaries where required by law.

13. No Guarantee of Earnings

Connect To Pros LLC does not guarantee that service providers will receive requests, payments, or minimum earnings. Service demand varies based on market conditions, competition, pricing, and user behavior.

14. Amendments

Connect To Pros LLC may update this Payments to Service Providers Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

16. Direct Payments Facilitated Through the Platform (Non Escrow Payments)

In certain situations, service seekers and service providers may complete transactions using direct payments rather than escrow. Direct payments occur when ConnectToPros.com facilitates the transfer of funds from the service seeker to the service provider without holding the funds in escrow. Examples include but are not limited to deposits, add on charges, supplemental payments, and transactions that do not qualify for escrow.

16.1 Payment Process

Direct payments are processed exclusively through the third party payment processor integrated with ConnectToPros.com. The payment processor is responsible for authorizing, transferring, and settling these payments. Connect To Pros LLC does not receive, hold, or manage these funds at any point.

16.2 Provider Eligibility

To receive direct payments, service providers must:

  • Complete full identity verification

  • Maintain an active and compliant payout account

  • Provide accurate banking information

  • Comply with the payment processor’s requirements

Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in delays or failure of payment transfers.

16.3 Fees

ConnectToPros.com may apply platform fees to direct payment transactions. These fees vary based on the service category, transaction type, and platform policies. The payment processor may also apply separate processing and payout fees. All fees are deducted prior to payout.

Platform fees and processor fees for direct payments are non refundable except where required by law.

16.4 No Escrow Protection

Direct payment transactions do not receive the protections offered by the escrow system. This means:

  • Funds are not held until service completion

  • Direct payments are considered final unless a refund is processed

  • Disputes may be handled differently from escrow disputes

  • Refund eligibility depends on platform review and payment processor rules

Service seekers and providers acknowledge that direct payments carry additional risks compared to escrow transactions.

16.5 Refunds for Direct Payments

Refunds for direct payments are subject to:

  • Payment processor policies

  • Connect To Pros LLC dispute review

  • Evidence provided by both parties

Refund processing times are determined by the payment processor and the user’s financial institution.

16.6 Disputes

For direct payment disputes, Connect To Pros LLC will request documentation from both parties. Disputes involving direct payments may not follow the same process as escrow disputes. Connect To Pros LLC retains sole discretion to determine outcomes and refund eligibility.

16.7 Chargebacks

All direct payment transactions are subject to chargeback rules set by the service seeker’s financial institution. If a chargeback occurs:

  • Funds may be withdrawn from the service provider’s account

  • Additional fees from the payment processor may apply

  • The service provider may be temporarily or permanently restricted from receiving direct payments

16.8 Limitation of Liability

Connect To Pros LLC is not liable for losses arising from:

  • Failed or delayed direct payments

  • Errors caused by the payment processor

  • Chargebacks, fraud, or misuse

  • Incorrect provider payout information

  • Disputes resolved unfavorably for the provider

Direct payments are conducted strictly between the service seeker, the service provider, and the payment processor.
