Typical online flow
- The provider marks work as done from their dashboard.
- You receive a prompt to confirm completion.
- Once confirmed, payout is queued for the provider and you can leave a review.
Reminders and auto-confirm
If a provider has marked work done and you do not respond, Connect To Pros may send reminders and eventually auto-confirm completion for online jobs so payouts are not stuck indefinitely.
Offline jobs
Offline arrangements follow reminder messaging but do not use platform escrow payout automation the same way. Confirm completion directly with your provider and still leave a review when the work is finished.
