Connect To Pros processes payments securely through DimePay in Jamaican dollars (JMD).
Customer service payments
- When you Accept & Pay on a quote or bid, you checkout with DimePay.
- Online payments are held as platform escrow until the job or booking is completed.
- A service fee may be added on top of the agreed amount (platform-configurable; commonly around 10%).
Provider subscriptions
- Providers pay for Free, Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans (and optional add-ons) via DimePay.

Provider payouts
- Providers submit banking details from the dashboard Banking tab.
- After successful completion of an online job, payout is queued for admin processing to the provider’s bank account.
- Processing fees may apply on some plans (for example Free plan processing fees).
Offline payment
If both parties choose offline payment, funds are not held in escrow and platform dispute protection is limited.
